Tile-Based Editor and Go to Definition
Made Haystack a tile-based editor! You can now freely create/split each pane to achieve your optimal workspace.
Made go to definition work for almost everything. Now Haystack should feel just like VS Code or Cursor!
Callgraphs show new and deleted edges (new callsites and removed calls respectively) so it's easy to understand how the pull request changes reverberate through the codebase.
All changes in a section are now combined on the same page so you can scroll through them seamlessly.

Major UI/UX Overhaul
You now get notified when pull requests are updated with new commits, and Haystack automatically re-analyzes the changes.
You can now view snapshots of the pull request at specific commits.
You can now collapse expanded unchanged regions of code.
The analysis panel has been completely removed - all analysis features are now inline comments, keeping your attention focused in one place.
Dependencies, data flows, and caller analyses are now highlighted when you hold CMD/CTRL.
Caller analysis now shows a complete call graph, revealing the blast radius of changes all the way up to their entrypoint.
Data flows now include richer context, showing more of the surrounding area of how variables are utilized.
Dependencies are now called "Definitions" with improved visualization.
